CIRCE enters the top 10 best companies to work for in Spain

The technology center CIRCE climbs positions from 23rd to 7th place nationally in the prestigious ranking Best Workplaces Spain 2021 organized by Great Place To Work (GPTW) in the category between 201 and 500 employees, thus entering the top 10 best companies to work for in Spain. This award, which recognizes CIRCE as one of the best places to work in Spain, is a recognition of the work in terms of working environment and culture that the Aragonese company has been doing for almost 30 years.

This award annually recognizes companies as exemplary workplaces, based on the perception of employees and on good practices and organizational culture policies. CIRCE has shared this year's ranking with companies such as Cisco, Salesforce, Hilton and Thoughtworks, among others, being the only technology center that has managed to enter the ranking.

The technology center rises from 23rd to 7th place in the Best Places to Work in Spain category for organizations with 201 to 500 employees

This recognition received by CIRCE is the materialization of the excellent results obtained by the technology center in a survey conducted by the people who compose it and thanks to which CIRCE obtained the Great Place To Work certification. In it, 88% of the employees corroborated that CIRCE is "an excellent place to work". In this way, CIRCE's clients can count on a team committed to the mission and vision of the organization to provide them with the best value and knowledge transfer to help them solve their challenges.

One of the main assets that have led CIRCE to establish itself as one of the most highly valued Spanish organizations to work for is the sense of pride and commitment of the people who make up CIRCE, the interest in taking care of its employees and the work-life balance and diversity measures implemented.

CIRCE currently has a staff of 264 professionals, which represents a growth of 21% over the previous year. As part of its commitment to the professional development of its staff, the technology center has promoted 210 training courses over the past year, which has meant 9,400 hours of training.

At the same time, the entity launched the first edition of CIRCE Academy with 25 participants, a two-year program for young talents that allows them to train in a technology center in continuous growth under the guidance of professionals with extensive experience in the sector.
