3rd edition of the CIRCE Academy young talent program to boost the development of junior profiles in the innovation sector
The CIRCE Technology Center is launching the third edition of CIRCE Academy following the success of previous editions, thus consolidating this project to promote the innovation sector.
This is a comprehensive two-year program that will allow young talents to train at the technology center while gaining new skills and knowledge through a specialized postgraduate degree in Business Management at an international business school.
Through the program, participants will engage in the daily activities within CIRCE in any technical area or cross-functional unit, enabling new members to assume different levels of responsibility and develop their capacity for innovation. This, combined with a specialized postgraduate degree, will help them cover all the necessary aspects to develop a global vision, paving the way for solid professional growth within CIRCE.
The profiles sought to benefit from this program are recent graduates or students who are about to complete their final degree or master’s thesis, primarily in technical fields, to meet the needs of both CIRCE's business areas (Industry, Circular Economy, Electrical Grid Infrastructure, Electronic Systems, Smart Grids, ICT Integration) and its corporate units (Finance, Human Resources, Communication and Marketing, Market Development).
Those interested in being part of the third edition of CIRCE Academy, which will begin in September, can already submit their applications through this link.
The success of the first two editions of the program
The first edition of CIRCE Academy attracted the interest of more than 120 young talents, of which 24 were ultimately selected to join the program. The second edition attracted over 160 candidates, with 23 chosen to participate in the program. Among the participants, with diverse backgrounds in fields such as Engineering, Marketing, Law, and Business Administration, were individuals of different nationalities from various Spanish provinces, further enhancing the international and diverse nature of CIRCE.
