CIRCE positions itself as one of the best organizations to work for in Spain in 2023

CIRCE - Technology Center, an organization dedicated to improving the competitiveness of the business fabric through technology transfer in the field of energy and sustainability, has achieved the 11th position in the category 251 to 500 employees as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Spain in the Ranking Best Workplaces Spain 2023. 

The prestigious Ranking, in its 21st edition, was announced last week at the awards event, held in Madrid, by the Great Place to Work® consultancy, a leader in the construction and certification of Excellent Places to Work. For the 2023 edition, Great Place To Work® analyzed 394 companies of different sizes and sectors, which involved the opinion of more than 380,000 workers. 

After a diagnosis of the organizational environment, which included sending a questionnaire to employees and a specific evaluation of the culture of people management, CIRCE - Technology Center has obtained this recognition that proves that it is an organization with a culture of high confidence, in which its staff is motivated to give the best of themselves. This recognition is an endorsement of the work in policies aimed at the welfare of the employees that make up the technology center, in addition to the importance of a people-oriented culture that the Aragonese entity has been carrying out for 30 years.

Specifically, the results of the survey reveal the special valuation that its professionals make of the welcome when you join the organization (96%), the facilities that contribute to a pleasant working environment (97%) and the pride that employees feel when the objectives of the organization are met (93%).  

CIRCE currently has 288 professionals, which represents an increase of 6.8% over the previous year. This growth has been accompanied by a professional and personal development plan through which CIRCE people have benefited from more than 11,377 hours of training, in addition to promoting the second edition of the CIRCE Academy talent program through which 24 young people have joined the organization while allowing them to continue their training with a specialized postgraduate degree.
