CIRCE, a pioneer in using tools that enhance employee excellence

The prestigious B5-PLUS test can improve leadership and human resources within organizations.

The CIRCE technology center has been a pilot site for the prestigious B5-PLUS test in its adaptation to Spanish. This test is an innovative tool, designed by the Norwegian company Human Content, capable of improving leadership and human resources within companies, as well as the productivity and efficiency of employees.

Following its launch in English, Norwegian, and Swedish, the test has now reached Spain through CIRCE, which continuously seeks new ways to drive technical excellence through personal excellence and the professional development of its employees.

As part of this initiative, CIRCE employees completed the 220-question online survey, which assesses five vital personality traits, as well as strengths and weaknesses in relation to job requirements.

Thomas Løvenskiold, co-founder of Human Content, visited CIRCE to personally get to know the facilities and the employees who made the adaptation of this tool to the Spanish market possible.

After analyzing the results obtained from CIRCE employees and two other Spanish entities, distinctive nuances compared to other countries were identified, allowing the questionnaire to be adapted to provide more accurate and high-quality information about personality, with a better understanding of personal strengths and challenges.

Following the success of international organizations such as Diageo, Wärtsilä, and Aker Solutions in adding significant value by investing in understanding their employees, this pilot has laid the groundwork for replicating the model in Spanish organizations to improve outcomes through the professional and personal growth of their workers.
