CIRCE once again recognised as one of the best organisations in Spain to work for

The consulting firm Great Place To Work® has announced the results of the 22nd edition of the Best Workplaces Spain 2024 Ranking.

CIRCE-Centro Tecnológico has once again been recognised for the fourth consecutive year as one of the 'Best Companies to Work For', reaching 11th position in the Best Workplaces Spain 2024 Ranking, in the 251 to 500 employees category.

The prestigious Best Workplaces Ranking, which this year celebrated its 22nd edition at the Casa de Mónico (Madrid), recognises excellence in caring for people and results. The Best Workplaces are cases of business success with a differential characteristic: they contribute a positive footprint on society.

To qualify for this recognition, all the company's staff must be asked about what their workplace is like. Their answers are processed independently by Great Place to Work®, which asks more than 50 million people every year.

CIRCE-Technological Centre, an organisation with a high-trust culture

In order to be included in the Ranking of 'The Best Companies to Work for in Spain', the employees' assessment of the company must be at least 70% of Trust Index©, the main diagnostic tool of this methodology. CIRCE-Technological Centre obtained 90%.

This Trust Index© is based on a questionnaire containing 60 statements and determines the level of trust that employees have in the organisation on three different levels: with their managers/company, with other employees and with their own work. In addition, it is necessary to provide information on policies and practices on the Care and Management of people. CIRCE-Technological Centre has obtained a 90% level of trust.

After a diagnosis of the organisational environment, which included sending a questionnaire to employees and a specific evaluation of the people management culture, CIRCE - Technology Centre has obtained this recognition, which proves that it is an organisation with a culture of high confidence, in which its staff is motivated to give the best of themselves.

Specifically, the results of the survey reveal the special valuation that its professionals make of the welcome when you join the organisation (99%), the confidence of the superiors in good work without the need for supervision (97%), the concern of some colleagues for others (96%), the good treatment received regardless of the position in the company (96%) or the flexibility at work (96%).
