CIRCE is looking for the best young talents to take Aragon's technology sector to the next level
CIRCE-Technological Center launches the fourth edition of its successful young talent program, CIRCE Academy. This is a complete two-year experience that allows young talented recent graduates in STEM careers to train in a technological center of international reference. As in previous years, they will do so while acquiring new skills and knowledge through a specialized postgraduate program in Business Management.
Throughout the program, participants are involved in the day-to-day work of CIRCE's technical areas, allowing them to assume different levels of responsibility and develop their innovative capacity. This experience, together with the study of a specialized postgraduate program, allows them to cover all the necessary aspects to develop a global vision, opting for a solid professional growth and future within the technology center.
The profiles sought are recent graduates or students in the absence of presenting the TFG or TFM of technical degrees that meet the needs of the main business areas of CIRCE: Industry, Circular Economy, Power Grid Infrastructure, Electronic Systems, Smart Grids and ICT Integration.
Those interested in being part of the fourth edition of CIRCE Academy, which is scheduled to start after the summer, can already send their application.
Innovating in talent recruitment: a new selection process based on videogames
This year, the selection process is reinvented with a gamification-based approach, transforming it into an interactive adventure. Candidates must tackle four stages designed to assess their technical skills and their ability to innovate and collaborate under pressure. As the process progresses, the best candidates will advance through the levels, making the selection experience as entertaining as it is instructive. The brightest will make it all the way to the final screen, where the reward awaits.
In CIRCE, as in video games, collaboration and adaptability are crucial to success. Likewise, this innovative approach to the selection process reflects the center's commitment to fostering a dynamic and stimulating work environment, where learning and fun can go hand in hand. By tackling collaborative challenges and solving complex problems under pressure, such as online games, candidates demonstrate skills essential for creative and critical leaders, able to adapt to constantly changing environments and collaborate to achieve common goals.
The number of applications increases with each edition
Since its launch in 2021, CIRCE Academy has demonstrated remarkable success: more than 85% of the participants of the first edition are now part of the center's team. With each edition, the number of applications has grown, reflecting the growing interest and confidence in the program.
The first edition attracted the interest of more than 120 young talents, of whom 24 were finally selected. The second edition attracted more than 160 candidates, of whom 23 were selected. And the last edition, the largest of all, received 171 applications, of which 17 were selected.
