Description of the service

At CIRCE-Technological Center we are experts in the development of algorithms for optimal asset management. Through their implementation we can integrate and optimize various components such as power generation, storage systems, electric vehicle (EV) charging, hydrogen (H2) generation/reconversion systems, and flexible consumption. They are applicable to a wide range of configurations, including microgrids, industrial and residential self-consumption, and energy communities.

Specifically, we have a predictive algorithm capable of providing a series of power setpoints to the different elements it controls: charging and discharging of storage systems, generation power limitation, EV charging regime, H2 production and electrical power produced by the reconversion of this in fuel batteries, or the activation of flexible consumption, among others.

Advanced predictive algorithm

Our predictive algorithm is capable of generating power setpoints for a variety of elements, such as storage system charging/discharging, generation power limitation, EV charging regime, H2 production, and flexible consumption activation.

Real-time forecasting and updating

The algorithm offers a 72-hour prediction window in 15-minute intervals. Each interval includes a subroutine to correct deviations in relation to the predicted and consigned.

Customizable inputs and flexible optimization

Uses forecasts of generation, electricity demand, and market prices. The 72-hour time window and optimization steps can be adjusted according to the needs of the facility.

Savings and improvement of self-consumption ratios.

Allows significant savings in the levelized cost of energy and improves economic profitability, especially in self-consumption facilities, energy communities, and microgrids. It also optimizes self-sufficiency and self-consumption ratios.

Suitable for both off-grid and grid-connected installations, the algorithm adapts to various configurations and conditions. It can be deployed in various environments: from HW solutions or proprietary client platforms, EDGE devices, cloud, servers in CIRCE with API or client servers.
