Description and objectives
The analysis of Energy Poverty in the Aragon region is done through a disaggregated investigation of the impact generated by the precarious access to energy sources in Aragon. The analysis covers general aspects of the term Energy Poverty as a whole including legal, socio-economic and social factors.
- Collect, identify and adapt the definition of “Fuel Poverty” to the case of Aragon.
- Recognize the characteristics of homeowners suffering from “Fuel Poverty” depending on where they are located.
- Characterization of the population affected by the problem of Energy Poverty.
- Analysis of the energy market with difficult access to sources of resources.
- Provide initiatives and strategies that the public administration and owners can carry out to prevent and control the problem.
Value proposition
During the execution of the project, CIRCE develops the following activities:
- Definition of the scope and objective
- Design and application of the analysis methodology
- Statistical treatment of the data collected and analysis of the results obtained.
- Preparation of the report for the Aragon region.
