Description of the service

The gasification reactor is a bubbling fluidized bed reactor designed to carry out the gasification of various types of waste, such as biomass from different origins, plastics, and municipal solid waste.

With a processing capacity of up to 2.5 kg/h, it allows for the thermochemical valorization of these types of by-products, resulting in two streams: a solid stream, rich in carbon, and a gaseous stream, mainly composed of hydrogen, carbon monoxide, methane, and carbon dioxide.

This gas can also be further treated to modulate its composition in our water-gas shift catalytic reactor. The gasification reactor allows the process to be conducted with two gasifying agents: air and steam, and their mixture in different proportions.
