CIRCE launches the second edition of a complete training and employment program to promote young talent in the innovation sector
CIRCE Technology Center launches the second edition of CIRCE Academy after the success of the first edition held last year. This is a complete two-year program that will allow young talents to train at the technology center while acquiring new skills and knowledge through a specialized postgraduate degree in Business Management at an international business school. Through the program, participants will be involved in learning to work within CIRCE in any Area or Unit, which will allow new members to assume different levels of responsibility and develop their capacity for innovation. This, together with the completion of a specialized postgraduate course, will enable them to cover all the necessary aspects to develop a global vision, opting for a solid professional growth within CIRCE.
CIRCE will prepare those selected to become leaders of the new energy and environmental paradigm through this talent program that will allow them to boost their professional career within the European benchmark Technology Center in their field
In the first year, those selected will undertake a one-year paid internship at CIRCE's headquarters in Zaragoza and will take the first year of the Graduate Diploma in Business Management at an international business school. In the second year, CIRCE will offer those selected a one-year employment contract and the second year of the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management. The profiles sought to benefit from this program are recent graduates or students in the absence of presenting the TFG or TFM of mainly technical degrees that meet the needs of both CIRCE's Business Areas (Industry, Circular Economy, Power Grid Infrastructure, Electronic Systems, Smart Grids, ICT Integration) and its Corporate Units (Economic-Financial, People, Communication and Marketing, Market Development). Success in the first edition of the program
The first edition of CIRCE Academy aroused the interest of more than 120 young talents, of which 24 were finally selected to be part of the program. Among the participants, from studies as diverse as Engineering, Marketing, Law and Business Administration, were three different nationalities and came from eight Spanish provinces.
